Prizes

Thousands of dollars in prizes will be awarded, and a special fundraising prize of a Lund boat with a full electronic package will be won by one team in the tournament. 

   TEAM FUNDRAISING PRIZES

  • Every dollar raised supports hope and healing for those seeking freedom from addiction; teams are encouraged to set a $1,000 fundraising goal!
  • The top three fundraising teams will win fishing trips with Al Lindner, Walleye Dan Eigen, or Scott Bonnema!
  • Your $200 registration fee counts toward your fundraising total.
  • Prizes earned through your fundraising dollars and submitted by May 10 will be available for pickup at the Reel Rally.  Donations received after this date will have prizes mailed to them.

    2026 Lund Boat

    • Raise $500 to earn one entry into the drawing for a brand-new Lund boat powered by a 60HP Mercury and rigged with electronics; each additional $500 raised earns another entry.
    • Boat awarded per two-angler team, with ownership and IRS Form 1099 issued to one team member.
    • The winner may win the boat only once during their lifetime participation in the MN Fishing Challenge.

      FISHING DIVISION PRIZES

    • The top 10 teams in each division (50 teams!) will be entitled to a trip through the prize tent for your team with a combined team prize valued at a minimum of $100 each.  Nearly $20,000 in prizes will be available including rods, reels, tackle, trolling motors, guided fishing trips, gear and much more.

    Special Prizes

    • Navigate North Biggest Walleye Award – The winning team will receive a trophy and giant Rapala lure autographed by Al Lindner and the staff of Lindner Media.
    • McDonald’s Biggest Bass Award – The winning team will receive a trophy and giant Rapala lure autographed by Al Lindner and the staff of Lindner Media.
    • Ugliest Fish Award – The winning team will receive a trophy and bragging rights! (NEW judging criteria will be implemented this year)

    Prize Tent Procedure

    Teams will go through the prize tent in groups.  All 1st place teams from all 5 divisions will enter the prize tent together and have one minute to choose a prize.  Then all 5 teams in 2nd place will enter and have one minute to choose a prize, and so on.  We are endeavoring to make it more fair and expedite the process.  There will be tax implications for prizes valued at $600 or more.

    RAFFLE PRIZES

    Raise more funds for Mn Adult & Teen Challenge by selling raffle tickets for some great prizes! Teams may sell raffle tickets up until Friday, May 29, and they must be turned in at the Reel Rally by 6:00pm to be included in the drawing. Raffle prizes will be drawn May 30 after the weigh-in; you do not need to be present to win. Ten items will be raffled off – a 2026 Polaris 570 ATV, fishing trips, gear, gift certificates, a Henry Golden Boy .22 rifle, and more! Tickets are $20 each, must be 18 years of age or older to purchase. Raffle tickets to buy or sell can be picked up on the Brainerd MnTC campus or use the order form.
